The setup
Year 7 of the nuclear winter. The life support in underground Bunker 13 has stopped and even the rations have run out. Someone has been stealing food, and the radiation on the surface hasn't cleared yet. Bring the stalled bunker back in the right order, single out the ration thief who put everyone in danger, then crack the escape-hatch code the founder left behind and climb up to the ashen surface.
