개인정보처리방침 — 가족 앱
AllThatExit-Family(올댓익사이트 패밀리 · 안드로이드 앱 kr.allthatai.exit3d.family) · 시행일 2026년 11월 1일
- 이 앱은 여러분의 이름, 나이, 사는 곳, 전화번호, 사진을 묻지 않아요.
- 글을 써서 다른 사람에게 보내는 칸이 없어요. 모르는 사람과 이야기할 수 없어요.
- 광고가 없어요. 로그인하거나 무언가를 사려면 어른이 먼저 문제를 풀어야 해요.
- 이상하거나 무서운 내용을 보면 '⚑ 신고'를 누르거나 부모님께 알려 주세요.
이 방침은 가족 앱에만 적용됩니다. 일반 앱·웹은 별도의 방침을 따릅니다. 가족 앱은 아이가 쓸 수 있도록 만들었기 때문에 아이의 개인정보를 받지 않는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
1. 아이에게서 받지 않는 것
- 이름·생년월일·주소·전화번호·이메일·사진·위치정보·연락처
- 자유롭게 쓰는 글 — 등장인물에게는 미리 만든 질문 카드로만 묻습니다. 응원 글·의견 보내기·닉네임 입력 칸이 없습니다
- IP 주소 — 일반 앱과 달리 가족 앱의 접속은 IP 를 계정에 남기지 않습니다
- 광고 식별자 — 광고·분석 도구를 넣지 않았습니다
2. 법정대리인(부모) 동의 — 개인정보 보호법 제22조의2
만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 처리하려면 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다. 가족 앱은 아동의 개인정보를 받지 않도록 만들어 동의를 받아야 하는 처리 자체가 없습니다. 로그인·결제는 부모 확인 문(어른이 푸는 문제)을 넘은 뒤 보호자 본인의 계정으로만 하며, 그때 저장되는 것은 보호자의 정보입니다(3항). 미국 COPPA·EU GDPR 제8조의 아동 요건도 같은 원칙(아동 개인정보 미수집)으로 따릅니다.

4. 처리 위탁 사업자
정보를 팔거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 사업자의 설비를 씁니다.
- Vercel Inc. — 서버 운영, 음성 파일 보관
- Turso (ChiselStrike Inc.) — 데이터베이스 보관
- Cloudflare, Inc. — 협동 플레이 실시간 중계
- 네이버·카카오·구글·Apple — 보호자 로그인 인증
- AI 처리 — Groq Inc., Cerebras Systems Inc., Google LLC(Gemini), OpenRouter Inc. 중 하나: 등장인물의 대답·힌트. 고른 질문 카드와 게임 진행 상황(가진 물건·살펴본 곳)만 전달되며, 이름·로그인 식별값은 보내지 않습니다
- 음성 합성 — Google LLC(Gemini), Microsoft(Edge 음성): 게임 속 문장만 전달
- 결제 — Google LLC(구글 플레이)·Apple Inc.(App Store): 앱 안 구매 처리와 구매 확인
5. AI 가 만든 내용과 신고
등장인물의 대답과 힌트, 일부 시리즈의 단서·대사는 AI 가 만듭니다. 아이에게 맞지 않는 내용을 보시면 앱의 ⚑ 신고 단추(대사·단서·힌트 창, 로비 아래)나 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요. 확인해 고치거나 내립니다.
6. 함께하기(협동)
가족 앱의 함께하기 방에는 가족 앱으로, 방 코드를 받은 사람만 들어올 수 있습니다. 일반 앱·웹 이용자는 코드를 알아도 못 들어오고, 구경(관전)도 없습니다. 방 안에서 글을 주고받는 기능이 없고, 응원은 하트만 보낼 수 있습니다.
7. 보관과 삭제 요청
- 플레이 기록·진행 상태: 계정을 지울 때까지 — 계정 삭제 요청에서 신청하면 함께 지워집니다
- 협동 방 기록: 마지막 움직임 뒤 6시간이 지나면 자동 삭제
- 구매 기록: 환불·세금 때문에 법정 기간 보관하며, 계정을 지우면 누가 샀는지는 지워집니다
보호자는 언제든 아이의 기록을 열람·삭제하도록 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 알려 주시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.

Privacy Policy — Family app

- This app never asks for your name, age, address, phone number or photos.
- There is no place to type messages to other people. You cannot talk to strangers.
- There are no ads. A grown-up has to solve a question before signing in or buying anything.
- If you see something strange or scary, tap "⚑ Report" or tell a parent.
This policy applies only to the family app. The regular app and website follow a separate policy. The family app is designed so that it does not collect personal information from children.
1. What we never collect from children
- Name, date of birth, address, phone number, email, photos, location or contacts
- Free-form text — characters are asked through ready-made question cards only. There is no cheer text, feedback box or nickname field
- IP address — unlike the regular app, sessions from the family app do not store the IP address on the account
- Advertising ID — the app contains no ad or analytics SDKs
2. Parental consent
Korean law (Personal Information Protection Act, Art. 22-2), the US COPPA rule and GDPR Art. 8 require parental consent before processing a child's personal data. The family app is built so that no such processing happens. Sign-in and purchases are only possible after a parent gate (a question for adults) and use the parent's own account; the data stored then is the parent's (section 3).
3. What the app stores
- A temporary account ID when you tap "Start as guest" — created without a name
- A display name chosen automatically by the app (e.g. "가족탈출러0000"), never typed by the child
- Play records — series cleared, time, hints used, room progress
- The question cards chosen for characters — sent to an AI processor to generate replies (section 4)
- Reports, when you send one
- (Parent) the sign-in provider's account ID, and purchase records (store order number and purchase token). Payment details are handled by Google or Apple
4. Processors
We do not sell data or share it for advertising. We use: Vercel Inc. (servers), Turso / ChiselStrike Inc. (database), Naver · Kakao · Google (parent sign-in), Groq Inc. · Cerebras Systems Inc. · Google LLC (Gemini) · OpenRouter Inc. (AI replies and hints — only the chosen question card and game progress are sent, never names or account IDs), Google LLC (Gemini) · Microsoft (text-to-speech of game lines), Google LLC (Google Play billing).
5. AI-generated content and reporting
Character replies, hints and some clues are generated by AI. If you see anything unsuitable for children, tap ⚑ Report in the app or email us. We will fix or remove it.
6. Playing together
Co-op rooms in the family app can only be joined from the family app with the room code. Users of the regular app or website cannot join even with the code, and there is no spectating. There is no in-room chat; cheering is hearts only.
7. Retention and deletion
Play records are kept until the account is deleted — request deletion at account deletion. Co-op room logs are deleted automatically 6 hours after the last activity. Purchase records are kept as required for refunds and tax, unlinked from the person once the account is deleted. Parents may ask at any time to see or delete their child's records.
